DKMS holds a long-term vision of conquering blood cancer. By registering and creating a database of people throughout the world as stem cell donors, DKMS is working to motivate donations of stem cells and ensure that blood cancer patients receive access to appropriate treatment.
The Bennink Foundation supported their Blood Cancer Gala in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2015, as part of their annual drive to raise funds for recruitment of new stem cell donors. DKMS currently has the world's largest database of stem cell donors. |
