Foundation Management

The Foundation is managed by an executive Board which meets at least two times a year.  The Board consists of an odd number of five or more members. There will be, at all times, one more non-family member on the board.

Cathy Lasowski, Executive Board Member*

Rogier Rijnja, Executive Board Member*

Gerrit Keyaerts, Executive Board Member*

Michiel Quarles van Ufford, Executive Board Member*

Monitoring

The Foundation seeks to have clear reporting of the achievements made by the selected projects and, where appropriate, to build a longer-term relationship with the partner organization.

Remuneration Policy

The members of the executive board of the Bennink Foundation do not receive any remuneration for their participation. They are reimbursed only for out of pocket expenses related to project monitoring.
