SOS Children's Villages & the Bennink Foundation Amidst the ongoing war in Ukraine, which daily disrupts the lives of countless children and families, SOS Children's Villages is dedicated to supporting the most vulnerable. In a collaborative effort with the Bennink Foundation, we are expanding our impact to assist them. Support in winter The SOS Children's Villages team tirelessly operates under challenging conditions. Russian attacks on the power grid, combined with harsh winters, leave many families unprotected against the winter. Thanks to the support of the Bennink Foundation, we extended our aid by providing vulnerable families with winter packages containing essential items such as heaters, carbon monoxide detectors, blankets, and power banks. These winter essentials are vital, as temperatures in Ukraine can plummet to -20 degrees Celsius. |
